What is Gleeca eBill Add-on?
The goal of Gleeca is to streamline entire restaurant operations through digitalization. When you enable the eBill add-on, the system will trigger an SMS whenever a bill is generated. By enabling this add-on, you shall avoid using paper bills and extend your contribution towards saving planet earth. Your biller/admin/single window operation should enter the mobile number and generate the bill during the billing process.
For the first-time customer, when you enter the mobile number, the system will prompt you to enter their name, email and address. For recurring customers, once you enter their mobile number, their name will be displayed, which you can confirm with the user before completing the billing process.
Users who are using digital ordering such as QR Code Dine-in, QR Code Takeaway, and Online Pickup orders (Both online payment and cash payment) will also get alerts via this feature.
The SMS will have the order number and token number with a shortened URL. If they didn’t pay, an online payment link will be sent. If they paid, they can see the detailed order breakup by clicking the shortened URL.
By default, eSMS and eInvoice are enabled for all scenarios. However, you shall disable it for a particular order sequence or entire SMS alerts. To access this you need to visit eBill and eInvoice Settings under your respective branch settings.
Please Note: One alert will consume one SMS credit. So make sure you have sufficient SMS Credits in your account.
