How does Takeaway POS work in Gleeca?
Gleeca offers easy UI-based Take Away POS which will help your staff to manage Takeaway orders without any prior training.
Takeaway POS is accessible to Restaurant Owner, Restaurant Admin, Biller, Cashier and Single Window Operator (Biller + Cashier).
You need to select your branch and go to active orders. Under active orders, switch to the Takeaway tab and click the “New” button to the right to start using Takeaway POS.
You will get your menu category to your left and food items to your right. After adding the food items to the cart, you shall click on the payment button to record the payment and complete the order using the “Complete Order” button.
If your customer has placed orders using a QR code Takeaway Kiosk by choosing the pay at counter option, the orders shall be managed from the Takeaway Active orders tab, and you shall record the payment of QR Code Takeaway orders to authorise the transaction and to send instructions to the kitchen or print bill.
