How to enable Online Table Reservation using Gleeca?

The online Table Reservation feature will help your customers to book a table online from the comfort of their homes without dialling a phone and talking to your staff. As a restaurant admin, you shall accept or reject your customer booking.

To enable this feature, you should go to the Dine-in setting under your branch settings and enable “Receive Table Reservation Enquiry from your website.”

Also, a reminder email will be sent to you and your customer one hour before the table reservation time so that you shall block the table for your customer and your customer never misses their reservation.
