What is Gleeca Self Serving Dine-in?

Gleeca Self Serving Dine-in module is nothing but a modern POS. This is best if you run a QSR Type restaurant or a restaurant that only fulfils orders after the payment is made and the bill is generated.

Step 1: Click “Active Orders” from your branch

Step 2: Click Dine-in POS and add items. You shall even add cooking instructions as per your customer preferences.

Step 3: You will see the cart summary below. Click on the “View Cart” button.

Step 4: You shall place the order and record the payment.

If you wish to offer a discount or apply a discount coupon, use Apply Coupon Code option.

Step 5: Select the payment method and complete the order.

Other Features:

You shall configure your dine-in setting as follow

1. Collect payment first and then place the order (Enable “Admin Collect Payment first then Accept Order”)
2. Place an order using the pay now or pay later option (Disable “Admin Collect Payment first then Accept Order”)
