Will I get Captain APP to take Dine-in orders using mobile?

Yes. Gleeca is made using PWA Technology (Progressive Web Application) which is also used by bigger brands like Starbucks, Alibaba, etc. Instead of downloading and installing the mobile app, your waiter shall add the Gleeca app from their mobile browser using Add to Home Screen Option. Typically, PWA apps are very faster than normal mobile apps.

The first step is to create an account under your branch for Waiter. You can add their personal information, such as Name, Mobile, Email, etc., and grant them access to use your Gleeca account as a Waiter/Captain.

The waiter can take orders manually, send them to the Kitchen printer/Kitchen Display System (Introducing shortly), and complete the order by generating the bill. Also, they can manage dine-in orders from Dine-in customers using QR Code Digital Menu.
